Waking up knowing exactly what needs to get done today to move toward your goals, closing your laptop without leaving 500 unfinished items still on your mental to do list, and having a plan to adapt when life life's and sh*t hits the fan isn't a nice to have in this season of life, it's a necessity.
The Working Mom Collective is a 6-month group accelerator that pulls you out of reaction mode, gives you clear direction for yourself, your family, and your career, increases your capacity, and provides the strategies and structure to build a life that actually feels as good as it looks on paper.
If so, you're in the right place.
Here's why nothing's worked:
It's not you, it's your approach.
You've tried the color-coded calendar, the Sunday planning session, the to-do list that actually felt like you had things under control for exactly two seconds before you looked at the 22 items on it and realized you had no idea where to start.
It's not your fault. Your brain is just exhausted from making decisions and will always default to the easiest, lowest hanging fruit. Which means you spend your best hours figuring out what to do instead of actually doing it (while doing all the tasks that feel productive in the moment but move nothing forward--hi, checking email, slack and instagram on repeat before actually working).
Every system you've built and tried works perfectly until one sick kid, one chaotic work week, one derailed morning collapses all of it.
The goal isn't a fuller schedule. It's doing the right things in the right order at the right time for your brain and life.
That's a completely different problem than the one you've been trying to solve, and it requires a completely different approach.
DIRECTION
This is the core of the program and where most clients feel the biggest shift. We don't pile more onto your plate, we optimize what's already on it. In this step, we uncover and eliminate exactly what's stealing your time and energy, rebuild how you work so you're operating with performance in mind, and build the right routines, habits, and systems to create real space in your day. On average, clients gain about an hour per day (on the high end, one CPA client cut her working hours by 20% during busy season).
One hour with Casey every week. All calls recorded. This is where the breakthroughs happen (the kind that change how you show up for the other 167 hours.)
Real-time access between calls. A high-level community where ambition is normal and growth is expected.
I wouldn't even recognize myself now if I had been able to look ahead 6 months. It's the best and most empowering feeling I've ever had about the direction I'm choosing."
- Carlen (IT Project Manager)
"I was on the verge of quitting my job--I ended up getting promoted. Without my 314 plan, clarity on where I want to go, and a strong home system to support this acceleration, none of this would have been possible!"
- Mathilde (Marketing Growth Leader)
"I achieved most of my 3-year goals within one year. Before the WMC I had no morning routine, no system, no clarity. Multiple people in my life noticed the changes and I've credited it to this program."
- Sarai (Attorney)
Spots are limited. Casey personally reviews every application and will DM you on Instagram to discuss fit and next steps.
What if I've tried other programs/courses before and they didn't stick. Why would this be different?
Most programs give you the what without the why, or the strategy without the structure for your actual life. The WMC is built specifically for women whose real life includes full-time careers, young kids, and zero margin for systems that only work in theory.
Is this for corporate moms, entrepreneurs, or both?
Both. At any given time, the WMC is about 50/50 (along with women building businesses alongside their full time jobs). Reaction mode doesn't care whether you work for someone else or yourself
What happens after the 6-months?
Over 50% of the women who go through The Working Mom Collective end up re-signing for another round (we’re constantly adding new materials & trainings to the curriculum and the community is unmatched)
The program is very intentionally designed for women with a hell of a lot on their plate (the modules are potent and able to be listened to on the go). We have a one hour weekly call, and I also recommend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour per week for modules/implementation, bringing you to anywhere from 1-2 hours per week
We LOVE guest speaker inquiries, but do require all guest speakers to also be working moms themselves. If that's you and you have a business that supports high-level working moms, DM Casey on Instagram!
